In the contect of a CD recording, we will be able to enjoy an exciting concert programme with two fantastic musicians.
The programme is a dialogue between generations: Beethoven, the master, and his highly talented pupil, Ferdinand Ries, who in recent years has, quite deservedly, come to the fore in festival and concert programmes.

The duo has won first prizes both in the Emerging Artist Competition 2025 of  Early Music Vancouver and the chamber music competition “À tre” 2024 in Trossingen, and they have been invited to important international festivals.

American pianist, Agata Sorotokin, is an award winner of this year’s Fanny Hensel Competition organised by the Schloss Weißbrunn Foundation. She is a multi-talented artist and studied Comparative Literature at Yale University, before going on to complete a PhD in piano and a Master’s degree in composition at Stony Brook University.
