Classical music for the very little ones. We initiated a collection of lullabies and asked some choreographers and dancers to translate selected lullabies into dance. We also organised an art competition inspired by the lullabies. The results were shown in an exhibition and can be viewed here.

Over 100 musicians from 30 countries and five continents singing songs from their homeland for all children great and small throughout the world.

Following a suggestion by the Schloss Weißenbrunn Foundation, musicians from all over the world have recorded lullabies. So far, the collection comprises around 100 videos which the musicians either had sung to them as children or which they sang to their own children. There are also some new lullabies, some of them especially written for our project.

more

The videos are all about very personal childhood memories in poetic images, about dreams or about dream locations.
Dancers, Madoka Ishikawa and Jeanne Baudrier of Leipzig Ballet, Anna Laudere, first soloist of the Bavarian State Opera Ballet and Nadja Kadel and Emiliano Alcaraz, tango dancers from Berlin, can now be seen in their films on our YouTube channel.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH to all artists for this wonderful present to all children, parents and grandparents of this world!
